As a Queensland Practice Management (QPM) client, you'll receive a well rounded management education as well as one-on-one guidance from a seasoned professional consultant. This integration of training and consulting has a proven track record of creating results and enabling clients to become successful executives. The major objective of the QPM Program is to assist you in becoming a competent and effective executive, with all the tools necessary to achieve all of your practice goals. The following outline is designed to provide you with an overview of the program structure which has been developed and fine-tuned over many years from working with health care professionals. It is a proven formula for success. Each section of the program is described below: Policy & Procedures Manual including all aspects of Human Resources Your In-Depth EvaluationBefore your consultant begins working with you to implement changes; he/she conducts a thorough evaluation of the practice. During this evaluation the following occurs: · QPM examines your statistical trends over the last
several years and determines the causes of any major increases or downtrends
that have occurred in your practice. QPM Personalized ProgramAt the conclusion of your evaluation, QPM will prepare a plan that is uniquely tailored to your Business needs. You'll have a step-by-step program that outlines the solutions to your most acute and immediate problems. You'll receive assistance from your Consultant so you can get each step on the program done and the desired results achieved. QPM will keep you moving through your program steps, debug any problems along the way and ensure the smooth and gradient upgrading of administrative systems and staff skills. The long term program objective is to assist you in achieving the highest level of productivity possible in the most organized and cost effective manner. Some of our clients complete their programs faster than others. There is no emphasis on speed. We have found that crowding changes into a practice faster than the staff can easily assimilate them will often cause a sense of overwhelm. It is recommended that the practice takes a gradient approach toward implementation of new ideas and techniques. The pace will pick up as familiarity with the program develops. Policy & Procedures Manual including all aspects of Human ResourcesQPM will work with to fine tune your current Policy and Procedures Manual including Human resources Manual if so desired. If your business does not have a Policy & procedures Manual in place then your personalised Consultant will work with you and the Business Staff to develop one which is specific to the business operations. This manual will save you hundreds and hundreds of hours of work. It represents what we know is workable, effective policies & procedures (both clinical and business systems –all areas) and has proven over and over again to be one of the most useful tools a Business can own. Consulting and Follow-UpYour QPM program also provides for continuous follow-up with your consultant. Upon completion of the evaluation, and with your personal step-by-step program and Business Policy and Procedures Manual in hand, your consultant is in touch with you regularly to monitor your progress and help you implement all that you've learned. This portion of the program can be likened to an apprenticeship. Your consultant is always available to help you and guide you along to ensure you get the results you intended to get when you signed up for the QPM services The relationship QPM clients develop with their consultants is one of trust and mutual respect. Working together, you and your consultant are able to improve conditions in your practice and business facility. Continuous Re-evaluationsAs the practice grows and changes, you'll need new evaluations. In coordination with QPM Quality Control Department, your personal consultant will ensure that your step-by-step program is always updated to address the current needs of the practice which will also prepare you and your business for Health Standards Accreditation. Your practice statistics are continuously monitored and evaluated to guarantee you're spending your time on those things that are crucial to maintaining steady growth and prosperity.
